VM Inc. has been engaging in manufacturing dry etcher system used for major semiconductor production process since its founding in February 2002.
We are only domestic supplier of etching equipment, which had for semiconductor with independent technologies. The etching equipment has been depending on imports prior to entrance. Now we hold a lot of intellectual properties of plasma source and relevant technologies which are original technologies for dry etcher requiring ultra-fine convergence technology.
Our products are supplied to SK Hynix in Korea and its production subsidiaries in China for mass production of semiconductor.
VM Inc. is also proactive in strengthening marketing activities targeting overseas semiconductor makers for sales increase.
We will evolve into a world-class semiconductor equipment provider.
